BAYADA Home Health Care Senior Strategic Associate, (Transformation Office) in Pennsauken, New Jersey

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Associate, Transformation Office (TO) role exists at the critical intersection of BAYADA Home Health Care’s efforts to drive meaningful and sustainable strategic change through innovation, value capture, and continuous improvement. This highly visible role will support our senior leadership team and serve as a strategic business analyst, driving data analysis and strategic planning across high-priority strategic portfolios of initiatives. The individual will work collaboratively and creatively to translate requirements into business cases and plans, while fostering a culture of adaptability across BAYADA in furtherance of our vision to serve millions of people worldwide in the comfort of their own homes.

*This is a HYBRID role located in Pennsauken, NJ. Qualified candidates must be within driving distance to our Global Support center in Pennsauken, NJ

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.

  • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.

  • Data Analysis & Portfolio Management Support:

  • Support portfolio teams to ensure projects and initiatives are fully scoped, facilitated through governance structures toward decision-making, are making effective progress as planned, alleviating resourcing roadblocks as they arise, and working to articulate and then capture value.

  • Develop complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation, and plans for initiatives.

  • Support Workstream Leads and Finance Leads in moving initiatives through the scoping, planning, and approval processes.

  • Contribute to the validation of financial models and assumptions for robust planning.

  • Help to articulate desired future state by translating strategic intents into concrete business requirements.

  • Performance Monitoring & Value Capture:

  • Monitor ongoing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.

  • Develop reports for executive audiences that convey updates on initiative progress and outcomes achieved.

  • Support the achievement and capture of "Value” and contribute to the formal closure of initiatives.

  • Continuous improvement efforts to refine analytic tools, processes, and systems to enable thorough business case reviews and strong portfolio execution with clear milestones and financial metrics.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of key external market trends; research external market factors and competitive assessments to identify potential growth accelerators and new business opportunities, as needed.

  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.

  • Four (4) year college degree. Business management, finance, accounting, economics, and health administration degrees preferred.

  • Minimum three (3) years of work experience in a related position, ideally in a corporate setting or in management consulting. Roles in business operations and project/program management will also be considered.

  • Experience in portfolio management or a related capacity within a transformation or change management capacity is highly desired.

  • Strategic mindset and intellectually curious, with an ability to think broadly and ask the right questions.

  • Strength in data analytics, including familiarity with financial modeling and the ability to synthesize data and translate information into insights.

  • Strong organizational and cross-collaborative skills, exhibiting a highly proactive manner and approach.

  • High emotional intelligence and communication skills (verbal and written); ability to adapt communication and management style to maximize collaboration and buy-in.

  • Skilled in the development of executive-facing presentations to clearly communicate thought processes and insights. and ultimately drive towards actionable outcomes.

  • Change-adept; must have a high degree of mental agility and flexibility based on the changing needs and priorities of the organization, the office, and the portfolios.

  • Team player willing to respectfully confront difficult issues, resolve conflicts, and negotiate and facilitate the resolution of issues with diverse opinions and groups in a solution-oriented manner.

  • Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.

  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
